1 Introduction and Acceptance

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 2b99 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 2b99 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

3.1 Credential Security

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account credentials. 2b99 staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 2b99 and requesting your password, you should report it to [email protected] immediately as it is likely a phishing attempt.

3.2 Suspicious Activity Reporting

You must notify 2b99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any security breach affecting the platform, or any attempt by a third party to access your account credentials. 2b99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or to report a suspected breach promptly.

3.3 Single Player Use

Your 2b99 account is for your personal use only. You may not use your account on behalf of any third party, operate your account as a business, accept deposits from or make withdrawals on behalf of other players, or act as an agent for any third party in connection with the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2b99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. 4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your 2b99 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by 2b99 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution rates, minimum qualifying odds, and expiry periods are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bets placed on markets or games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count towards completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

2b99 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of result (arbitrage betting in the context of bonus play);
• Using bonus funds to place bets that collectively carry a house edge below the minimum threshold set in the specific promotion terms;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics;
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion intended for a specific player group.

5.4 VIP Program

Participation in the 2b99 VIP program is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. 2b99 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier, suspend VIP benefits, or remove a player from the VIP program entirely where a breach of these Terms is identified. VIP points, tier credits, and associated rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2b99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 2b99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 2b99.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2b99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
